WALDTRAUT KUEHN 1919-2003

Ridgecrest resident Waldtraut Kuehn died Monday, Jan. 13, 2003 at the Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was 83.

Born Oct. 25, 1919 in Berlin, German, Kuehn was a local resident since 1985, and a homemaker in life. She is survived by her husband Karl S. of Ridgecrest, son, Karl D. of Ridgecrest, son Matthias W. and his wife, Nicky, of Monrovia and one grandchild.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2003 at 10 am at Holland & Lyons Chapel. Chaplain Patrick A. Niemeyer, Lt., CHC, USN, of the All Faith Chapel will officiate. Private cremation and arrangements were made by Holland & Lyons Mortuary.

Waldtraut Kuehn of Ridgecrest died Jan. 13, 2002 at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was 83.

Memorial services will be held today, Jan. 22 at 10 am at Holland & Lyons Chapel. Chaplain Patrick A. Niemeyer, Lt. CHC, USN, of the All Faith Chapel will officiate.

Mrs. Kuehn was born Oct. 25, 1919 in Berlin, Germany. A homemaker, she moved to Ridgecrest in 1985 from Washington state. She was an organist and played for many churches. A member of Happy Times Senior Citizens, she also enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by her husband Karl S. Kuehn of Ridgecrest, sons Karl D. Kuehn of Ridgecrest and Matthias W. kuehn and wife Nicky of Monrovia, and one grandchild.

Private cremation and arrangements were provided by Holland & Lyons Mortuary.
