CAROLE JOANN WALKER 1942-2003

Carole JoAnn Walker of Ridgecrest died of cancer Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2003 at Scripps Green Hospital in San Diego. She was 60.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 22, at 6:30 pm at St. Michael's Episcopal Church. Rev. John Paul Wadlin will officiate.

Mrs. Walter was born April 15, 1942 in Indianapolis, Ind. She served her country in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. She was also a member of the Republican Women's Club.

She retired from the Bank of America in 2000, where she worked as assistant vice president and as a customer service manager.

Mrs. Walker is survived by her husband Larry Walker of Ridgecrest, daughters Yvonne Rafferty and Deborah Terlaji of San Diego, son Mark Terlaje of Ridgecrest, brothers Ralph Archer and Norris Archer of Indiana and seven grandchildren.
