CHRISTINE JOY SHIELDS 1962-2003

Christine Joy Shields, 41, died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2003 after two and a half years of failing health at her home in Redding. She was born Jan. 1, 1962 in Norfolk, Virginia, then lived in Kenitra, Moroco for three years.

She attended school in Florida, Minnesota and in Ridgecrest at Murray Middle School, James Monroe Middle School and Burroughs High School.

She is survived by her husband Edward Shields, sons Tomas and Aaron, parents Ronald and Joyce Cadari, sisters Rochelle and Lori, grandmother Christine Cadari, two nephews, two nieces, an uncle, two aunts, and numerous cousins. Private cremation and arrangements will be in Redding with a memorial service Feb. 22.
