Mojave resident Horace Forbush Taken in death
Funeral services were held at the Stickel Chapel in Mojave at 10:30 a.m. for Mr. Horace Albert Forbush, of Carol Street in Mojave who passed away on Dec.25th at the Community Hospital in Lancaster, California. Rev. H. D. James, of the Mojave Nazarene Church officiated at the services and burial followed at the Mojave District Cemetery.
Mr. Forbush was born on Sept. 24, 1883 and had lived in California for five and one half years. He was a retired painting contractor.
Survivors include his widow Gladys, of the Mojave address, and one daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Vondriska, of Mojave; one son, Horace A. Jr., of Ohio; a brother, Arthur and a sister Imogene Faunce, both of Massachusetts. There are also nine grandchildren.
