Bill Maxwell Dies In Vegas

A former Mojaye resident, William, "Bill" Maxwell Jr., passed away in Las Vegas on Sunday, June 13, from an apparent heart attack.
He was born in Kern County on March 27, 1929 and was 47. He attended elementary school in Mojave and Antelope Valley High School. He was affiliated with his father, Bill Maxwell, Sr. in his radio shop in Mojave for several years.
Private graveside services were held at the Mojave Cemetery at 1 p.m. on June 16. Stickel Mortuaries were in charge of arrangement.
