seeking information on joseph albert caldwell, my great grandfather. read info by b. aldridge on joseph caldwell and need more details. info shown lists joseph's parents as robert hamilton caldwell and amelia a. thompson.
my great grandfather was living in randolph county, alabama in the 1880 census (spelled colwell in that census). my grandfather was the james r (robert) listed.
wondering if this joseph caldwell is my great grandfather.
sent an e-mail to the address listed for contact but was returned as undeliverable.
