FORMER RESIDENT'S RITES HERE TODAY -------
- Funeral services over the remains of J. W. CALLAGHAN, former Hannibal resident whose death occurred in Maplewood Monday afternoon, were held at 11 o'clock this morning from the home of Mr. CALLAGHAN's brother-in-law, Arthur BAKER, in Mount Olivet cemetery. Dr. Robert E. Robinson, pastor of First Presbyterian church, conducted the rites and the remains were laid to rest in the cemetery with the following bearers, F. K. HUTCHINSON, Charles MUELLER, Sinclair MAINLAND, E. E. CORDRY, C. S. WINN, J. P. BROOKS.
- Relatives here for the funeral included Mrs. CALLAGHAN and daughter, Mrs. O. B. WORKMAN, Mr. WORKMAN and son, of Maplewood, another daughter, Mrs. R. L. HUFFMAN, Mr. HUFFMAN and family of Brookfield, and Mr. CALLAGHAN's sister, Miss Emma CALLAGHAN. The remains were met here by Undertaker Roy P. Schwartz.
