Hello again,

This message should clarify the one I sent yesterday which was partially
garbled.

Does anyone in CA Genealogy Land know the whereabouts of any descendants of
Ferdinand Tillman Garesché (b StL, MO 1899, d CA 1973) and Ellen Middlekauf
Garesché (b ?, 1900, d NY 1988)? Actually, they had divorced but they had a
daughter, Mary Louise Dorene Garesché (b CA 1932), who married (in Joshua
Tree, CA) a John Merian (b ?, ?). The Merians had a son, John Peter Merian
(b KS 1961).

Also looking for the descendants of Mary Elise Garesche (b StL 1901, died CA
1960). She married William Elwyn Roberts (b Atlanta, GA 1899, d CA 1965).
They had three children: a daughter, Mary Elise Roberts (b StL 1923) married
William P. Myers (b Chattanooga, TN 1923), a son, William E. Roberts (b StL
1925) and another daughter, Jane Therese Roberts (b StL 1934), who married
Alphonsus Thimmesch (b Dubuque, IA 1928). All were living in CA last we
heard and the girls both had children.

And does anyone know the whereabouts of the descendants of Elise' sister,
Therese Garesché (b StL 1900, d CA 1978) and her husband, George Hill Goddard
(b StL 1901, d CA 1981)? Their children are Ann Garesché Goddard (b
Hollywood 1929) who married Arthur Wayne Seward (b ?, 1921), married in 1949;
Richard H. Goddard (b CA 1930) who married Patricia Hogg (b Indianapolis
1924), married in 1956; and James Lucas Goddard (b Hollywood 1931) who
married Betty Jean Helm (b Arlington, CA 1935), married in 1952. These three
couples were in CA last we heard and all had children.

If you know any of these people, we would really appreciate hearing where
they are. I think finding one of them will be the key to finding all of them.
