Funny,,I just mentioned to her yesterday that she was
probably buried at Calvary. Here is the problem.
The Calvary Cemetery in East L.A. is the "New Calvary
Cemetery", moved there in the early teens from a site
now occupied by Cathedral High School in Chinatown.
Many of the graves never made the trip.
There are records for 1894 at the Registrar Recorder.
It is a large book that you can thumb through. It
only lists the name, date, cause of death, and burial
place. If it happened in 1894, she is either at
Evergreen, Rosedale, or Savannah in Rosemead.
