Hello;
Can someone tell me where I can access cem records and or get a birth and death cert for a pair of Pumphrey Twin's b and died same day in Kings Co Ca in 1943, dates & Names were,

John Pumphrey and twin, Peter Pumphrey both b 11 Aug 1943.
John lived 1 hr and Peter lived 4 hr's.
Mother was ________ Hindmon
father was _________ Pumphrey
They died in Kings Co California. unk town but may have been in the Hospital in the County. there.
I need Cemetery burried in and parents first names verified. May want to get a birth and death cert on them. Also name of town & hospital.
Where if b and d in King's Co Ca in 1943 would I be able to get the certtificates.?????. I think I would get the birth cert of one and the deat hcert of the other one only.???
The Kings Co Ca doesn't have a site on R Web.
