My grandfather is buried at Valhalla Cemetery, as are several notable Los Angeles people, including Oliver Hardy. Valhalla Cemetery is right underneath the flight path to Burbank Airport, and in line with it's conenction to aviation, there is a big memorial there to the pioneers of flight, along with many graves of famous pilots.
Valhalla would not have any records other than the location of the grave. You can see Hardy's grave, and see more about the cemetery, at

Hi everyone
I have received the death certificates for my gt uncle Henry George Edmund mason and his wife Constance.
Henry died Feb 28th 1959 and Constance Mar 18th 1962.
Both are buried at Valhalla Cemetery and the funeral directors were Pierce Bros. Hollywood.
What I would like to know is if the funeral directors still exists would they have any further information?
Would the cemetery have an email address so I can make enquires for the location of the burials?
I have googled the cemetery and have found some famous names buried there, one is Oliver Hardy.
Would welcome any suggestions or advice
kind regards
joy
