That might not be the case since those of us who keep an eye on little
oddities can tell you that not all years have been well represented in the
death index. If you still think they might have moved, I think Arizona
still has online birth and death certificates at http://genealogy.az.gov/
They have actually scanned in copies of the certificates. It's great!
