Greetings:
I have a great great aunt who was named Maud (or Jennie) Bebout.
She is known to have come to California in the early 1900's to look for
gold and told relatives
that she took over mines that were abandoned by Miller and Lux.
I am stymied----does anyone know how I can find any claims made by
Jennie or Maud BEBOUT and all that?
I have more information but this is good for a start.
