I'm doing some genealogical research on my father, Alfred Morris Barger.
Can anyone give me any info like?
Names of ancestors, their spouses, and their sibling.
Dates of birth, marriage, death, social security # and/or divorce records.
The places (town, county, state or province, and country) where these events occurred
I think he said he served in the U.S.A.F. (13th Airborne) in the China/Burma/India portion of the war cause he saw the Taj Mahal in Agra, India but that is all I know. I don't have his ss# & not sure of his date of birth. Maybe 12-12-1919. I believe the last place he may have lived was near Ukiah, CA. My mother divorced him when I was 7 years old, & I was adopted by my stepfather shortly there after. They also had my birth certificate changed to reflect that adoption. I would love to get a copy of my original birth certificate. I was born in Los Angeles County General Hospital, City of Los Angeles, CA.
If anyone can help with any info, I would greatly appreciate it.
