My family was very much involved in hops until the industry left the area (Ukiah Valley)in the early 1950's. The Held-Poage Library in Ukiah recently published a book on hops which might be useful to you if you have not already obtained a copy. Email me directly and I'll attempt to put you in contact with family who may be able to answer specific questions.
