Mrs. Ella Haldeman

Mrs. Ella Holdeman, 77, of Snelling died this morning in a local hospital of natural causes.
She was born Oct 6, 1874, in Indianapolis, Ind., and was married to Frank C. Haldeman Sr. in Los Angeles in 1894. He preceded her in death in April of 1947.

She is survived by a son, Frank C. Haldeman Jr. of Mariposa; two daughters, Georgia M. Robinson of Sonora and Lucille A. Young of Chula Vista; eight grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Haldeman was a charter member of the Neighbors of Woodcraft of Waterford, and later transferred to the Merced lodge.
She was also a member of the Novara Lodge No. 61 of the Rebekahs at Snelling.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Ivers and Alcorn Mission Chapel with the Rev. Earle R. Harvey officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery.
