that's not my family you cited.

It should be easy to find siblings. For example, Rachel bn Perth, PER on
St Valentine's Day 1862 ;~)

It all takes time!

You mentioned parents. If John and Rachel didn't emigrate, then find
their (4) parents names, including mothers' maiden surnames by buying
Deaths records. No freebies! a full death record has to be paid for.

The Index to the 1881 Census should also provide you with lotsa pleasant
reading.
