My Emighs (Kingston) were in Saratoga too...some phrases in my family
story...Battle of Saratoga...brought from Saratoga in 1778, to
Ernesttown, Ontario (Bay of Quinte). They went from Saratoga up the St.
Lawrence River "in this group settled the Ameys (Emigh) adn the Stovers,
and other related families from Saratoga...400 had been housed in the
Fort at Saratoga. etc, etc. Well, won't bore you with my story, don't
know if it is of interest to you...but it is about battles, etc. Jessup,
Bergoyne, Fort Ticonderoga... earlier history. I have the names of about
250? descendents, can't find at moment, i will look for Lyons for fun!
*S* who knows...i am always looking for connections...haha..do you have
any Cameron rellies in Seattle?
