Hi, C-Cuzzins! Just a short reminder to keep in mind...when looking for
CAMERONs,
also look for CAMRON. I believe this was the accepted spelling of the
surname
in the early days in the U.S. I don't know how this was changed, but
probably like
many other surnames - by the census taker (enumerator) or on some legal
document
that had to be written out by a court clerk, etal., until the common
folk began to get at
least a rudimentary education in the "3 R's".
