HI, About 3 three yrs. ago we planted a 4" pot of horse it grew to about 5'sq. My husband dug it up Sunday and wants to experience ( HAHA) making horse raddishe sauce. any one out there know how to preserve it for Christmas giving? My mother says her mother Dora Kafader Bauers use to hand grind it outside and cried the whole time. Mom didn't rember what happened next to it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Charlotte.
