David, the obit (transcription below) disagrees with the birth data you have for Opal, and unfortunately no family names are given. You might want to get her death record and contact the mortuary as well to get copies of their records.

Opal Moore
Opal Moore, 95, a homemaker, died Aug 5, at Skyline Skilled Nursing Facility in Salinas.
She was born Jan. 27, 1906, in Oklahoma and lived in Salinas for many years.
At her request, no services will be held. Her ashes will be scattered at sea. Healey Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
