Indenture between Stodard J. Camp, Cornelia P. Camp, Erastus T. Hatch,
his wife
Roxana Hatch of Clay, Onodaga County, and Sangerfield, Oneida County of
the
first part and Daniel K. F. Camp of the second part. For the fee of
$1.00 they
relinquish all claim to Samuel Camp (deceased) property, citing Samuel
Camp's
will as follows in part:
Item 8: Son John my family Bible and household clock and middle
medroom
in my dwelling house.
Item 9: Son John to be supported by wife Polly and son Daniel.
Item 10: Daughters Cornelia and Roxana remain in the home until
marriage
or settlement in life and at their marriage they are to receie as good a
setting out and as much value as the older daughters received.
Item 11: Roxana is to receive $20.00 paid in two annual payments
commencing one year after my death.
This was agreed to by the parties of the first part and it was
recorded
13 July 1849 at 12 o'clock by Patrick Muhow, Clerk.
