I found a William Camp in the 1860 Census for Fulton Co., GA, page 729.
Perhaps he is the son of William Camp and Catherine Webb.

Subject: Re: [CAMP-L] Camp descendants;
Jack,
I'm descended from William's sister, Delilah P. Camp.
A couple of years ago, Norma Winegeart of Shreveport, sent me some
information about this family. Her information came mostly from a
booklet, "The Camp Family, the Ancestors and Descendants of William
Jeffereson Camp, August 1990."
William Camp, 1807 - 1881
William Camp was born in 1807 and died in 1881. He married in 1827,
Catherine Webb who was born in 1807 and died in 1880. They had eight
children.
William and Catherine Camp lived at Chapel Hill and are buried at Holly
Springs Cemetery, Douglas County, GA. (Let me know if you need
directions to this cemetery, or a Camp contact who lives in the area.)
Children of William and Catherine (Webb) Camp:
i. Benjamin Austin Camp, 1828 - 1914
ii. Louisa Camp, - 1888, who married Isham Whittaker
iii. Ailsey Camp, who married James Miller
iv. Nathan Camp, 1830- 1888, who married first Sarah Jennings and
second Lucretia Allen Blalock
v. Harrison Camp, who married Mary Davis
vi. James Garrison Camp, 1836-1897, who married Amanda Parker
vii. Joseph Camp, killed at 1st Battle of Manassas
viii. William Camp, who married Ann Gilbreath
Benjamin Austin Camp
1828-1914
Benjamin Austin Camp was born 1 May 1828, Campbell County, GA and died 12
September 1914, Campbell County, GA. He married in 1852, Elizabeth
Jennings who was born 29 January 1829 and died 7 July 1910. They had
nine children.
Benjamin had a tannery and made shoes during the Civil War. He and
Elizabeth are buried at the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Rico
Community, Fulton Count, GA.
Children of Benjamin A. and Elizabeth (Jennings) Camp:
i. William Jefferson Camp, 1853 - 1932
ii. John W. Camp, 1855-1856
iii. Benjamin Franklin Camp, 1857-1907, who married Clementine Fowler
in 1876
iv. Annie Camp, 1859-1957, who married Lycurgus M. Westbrook in 1883
v. Joseph Morgan Camp, 1862-1934, who married in 1886 Emma Lane,
1867-1943
vi. Emma Saphronia Camp, 1865- , who married first Lacy Hattaway in
1886 and second Wiley M. Bagwell
vii. Augustus Camp, 1867- , who married Lille Ragsdale
viii. Luera Cecil Camp, 1870-1890
ix. Thomas Lee Camp, 1873-1874
The booklet goes on to trace the descendants of William Jefferson Camp to
the current day, with addresses that were current as of August 1990. Let
me know if you want any further information.
Norma also listed a couple of other references -- "The Camp-Kemp Family
History, Vol. II, page 201 - 208" and "The Camp Bulletin, Vol. I, No. 10,
August 1929, page 4." Also the family was listed in the 1850 census for
Campbell County, Georgia, page 917, family 813-813, and the 1860 census,
page 145, family 1297-1143.
