Barbara et al,

I have long envisioned such a page and will be more than happy to build
it and maintain on the following conditions:

All pictures are accompanied with a description and genealogical
information relating to the CAMP family.

All pictures be at least 50 years old or include older Camps (folks born
before 1930 or so). I am trying to avoid a deluge of baby pics or I
might be tempted to put my grandchildren on the page :-)

All pictures be of Camp family members, deeds, homesteads, wills and the
like. Staying away from cemetery plots etc.

I would especially encourage photos with biographies and family stories.

I have several photo programs that read any format and convert them to
an appropriate HTML image. I can find plenty of space on the internet by
inter linking if this thing takes off.

I will also scan photos for those of you without that capability but
would ask that you send a self addressed stamped envelope for me to
return them. If you do send via snail mail please send me the
biographical material by email so I can simply copy and paste and not
spend my life re-typing the information.

Barbara, it's your call, if you approve of this plan let me know and we
will begin by seeing how many photos and stories we get before I build
the page which will take only minutes. I think we should not limit this
page to just pictures, but interesting stories as well about Camp family
members. Frankly, I was intrigued by the murder story you recently
submitted. Well, I image there are more interesting stories of a lighter
note that could be published.

The main reason I am volunteering for this is an effort to thank all of
you who have helped me research my ancestors in Georgia and the South
while I live far from the action in Denver, Colorado.

Larry
