I have 2 Kemp/Camp lines I am trying to connect. I hope someone can help me.

First I have Mary Kemp.Camp that married William Bates. One of their children, Mary Emaline, married William R. Thomas born in 1820. The marriage took place in Bedford County, Tennessee. William was born in Virginia or so I am told. This remains in question.

Last week in my search to find William's parents and siblings (one of my brick walls), I stumbled across a Jesse Thomas born in about 1823 in Putnam, Tennessee married to Demarius Kemp born about 1825.

Does anyone have any information on Demarius Kemp? Is there anyway to connect her to Mary Kemp?

Mary is the daughter of Sterling Kemp/Camp and Anna Elizabeth Helms.

Any help would be appreciated.
