Van Dusens are a big topic. We've already covered some in discussing
FISH, LEWIS & PLANK.
There are some good web sites on earlier Van Dusen genealogy. Several
different Van Dusen families came to Tioga Co. from various parts of NYS
but may be connected if you go back far enough and look at the various
Van Dusen, VanDusen, Vandusen, Van Deusen, Van Duzer, etc. variations of
I'll mention a few more conections here that may be of interest to some
of our readers..
Many of us on this list are LUGGS, i. e. the desc. of Ann CLINCH
Campbell, Mary BLACKWELL Campbell, or of the 1814 - 1884 Enoch

subscribers identify their interest. It's a courtesy to do so, but not

was a dau. of Sylvester C. DOAN (1840 - 1923) and Polly BUTLER (1842 -

We previously mentioned Jeffery VAN DUSEN, who is m. to Nancy PLANK
Ditto for Kate VAN DUSEN (1868 - 1939), dau. of Chas. H. VD & Sarah A.
Ditto for Mary Ann VAN DUSEN (1829 - ?) m. 1841 to Geo. W. CAMPBELL
(1820 - 1892).
We prev. covered the marriage of Oscar Adelbert VD to Ann TUBBS, but not
to his 1st marriage in 1872, to Martha A. MOWERY (1853 - 1873). She was
a dau. of Henry S. MOWREY (1827 - 1922) & Adeline C. BAXTER (1834 -

CAMPBELL reunions. I'm not 100% certain I hve the various Sarah BAXTERs
disentangled correctly, but I have as a sister of Adeline C. BAXTER,

John was brother to Nancy HAMMOND (1784 - 1839), m. Andrew BOSARD (1782
