Keith, I have a Campbell family on Marble Creek, in Iron Co
MO. Have you found your Benj. F Campbell on any census? I
have a BFCampbell on a census record. Not sure hes the line
I am researching or not. Can't find my good ol Ellis/Elias,
etc Campbell b 1804's parents. I will check to see if I
can't find the Benj Franklin I saved. I do show in 1860
Iron County MO census for Kaolin Twp (Pine Grove p.off) a
Campbell family from TN:

Not sure if they will ever tie in to your BF, but you never know.

There is on the 1850 Reynolds Co Mo Census a
B.F. Campbell,age 22, miller, b OH
Elisabeth Campbell 17, b MO

Newly married family living next to
S.O. Campbell, 28,Miller b MO
Mary 27, b MO
Wm L 4 b MO
Sarah E 3 MO
James H 8mos MO
James T (G?) Hersel? 25, merchant, b MO
living in same house (109 &110) as above Campbells.

No town given, just Dist #76 being in Reynolds Co MO. In a
little township, as the Tanners next door was a blacksmith.
Have you tried to find the obit? I wonder if a duel would
be news for the paper? Marble Creek was a very poor
community. The lines I am looking for from the area are:

Matthew 17 in 1850 b AL
