Hi, Folks,

When you change internet providers and want to move your mailing lists to
your new provider, the best way to do it is to unsubscribe using the old
account and then subscribe using the new account. This will give you
a reply email saying that you've been unsubscribed from your old account,
and another one letting you know what email address has been subscribed
with the new account (confirmation of your requests.)

To unsubscribe, send an email with the Subject: unsubscribe
to:

(regular list)
(digest list)

Then to subscribe, send an email (from your new account) with the
Subject: subscribe
to the same address as above.

Please be aware that you must use the correct Subject for the process to
work.

BTW, regular list messages go out one by one, as they are sent. Digest
list messages go out in a bundle, at the most every 3 days, and sometimes
more frequently.
