... rather than traits, it is better to focus on our people's values and
accomplishments down through the years ... love, laughter, honor, adventure,
courage, family, country, achievement, civilization, and many more ... an
individual as well as a people are defined by what they value most ... while
there have been occasional individual exceptions; in general, the Campbell
people have subscribed to positive, constructive values that have allowed
and promise to allow us to make a significant, positive difference in the
future of this planet ... have a great Campbell day ... jwc

I love this place!
I get to add my own Campbell hero to the list! My grandfather , SC
Campbell,
was a real "rounder", even in his old age. But he was the most wonderful
man! There were many times that he would have lunch with a city official or
a bank president and a laborer of the lowest income, even illegal aliens.
He
was able to put both at ease and treated them both as if they were the most
important people that he would see his whole day! He was very good at
making
money in the most interesting and creative ways. Always legal. (As far as
I
ever knew). As far as his grandchildern were concerned, we were all
convinced that we were his favorite! And that we were the most special
person in the world. He was very wise and honest. If these were Campbell
traits, I pray that I have an ounce of that in my blood also! Hurray for
Campbell Heroes!
