Subject: Location of an old furnace

Am looking for the location of a place called Old BUford Furnace, KY. This
is where my great grandfather was born. I have no clue to the location other
than it does not exist at this time unless under another name. Does anyone
have any ideas on the mining activity in the Ashland Boyd co Ky area,
