Did William have brothers named Jarrett and Ephram D.? The William in the
1820 Arkansas Census was 30-39 years of age. Just wondered if he could have
removed to Arkansas? (Independence County, Christian Township)

I am really looking for Ephram D, who is my gg grandfather and was 20-30 in
the same census. Jarrett was also 20-30.

There was a James Campbell in Arkansas in the 1820's, as were Jarrett,
Ephram and William. However, there is mention of James having a daughter -
not sons.

I keep hoping that someone else claims these three Campbells, and I can find
out where they were before Arkansas.

Remember, Arkansas was part of the Missouri Territory and was part of the
Louisiana Purchase in 1803. On a later census, Ephraim's granddaughter,
stated that his old child, Elizabeth, born in 1826, was born in Georgia.
