Cathy,

Lee Campbell here.

I read your below message on the CAMPBELL site, noting that you say you only
have documentation back to 1874. Have you thrown out all our relation
beginning with the original Samuel, born in Ireland in 1738?

I would think that you'd have enough documentation on him and his from all
the gatherers out there.

I recently heard from Bonnie Prete, of the Boatman side of our group, that
the name of the ship that Samuel and his mother and her brothers came over
on was the Sally or Sully.

I checked my info, I don't have the George and wife you are looking for. At
least you finally found your Benjamin.

As for my own researching, on my mother's side, I'm supposed to visit one of
my oldest living relatives sometime this month, my cousin Helen, who's
almost 77.

Hope you have a fruitful new year,

Your California Cousin,

Lee Campbell
