I have been trying to connect my family with Archibald Campbell. My G Grandmother and he were suppose to be cousins. Could you tell me where I can find information
about him. My G GG grandmother' was a Campbell,

anything would be appreciated, I have hit that dreaded "Brick Wall"

Patty:
I have been trying to connect my G. G. Grandfather, Archibald Campbell, to
someone. He was born about 1805, probably in Litchfield Co. and in the
1830's, moved to the Yates Co. area of NY. I have had no luck going back
further than that, however, I have tracked down his kids and connected them
to my Grandfather, who left NY in early 1900's on his way to CA. Along the
way, the Southern route, my father was born in Miss., 1903. They arrived
here in CA about 1905 or 06.
If any of this connects with yours, please let me know. Thanks.
