Hmmm, I don't see any direct connection with our Campbells from the Lost
Creek/Troublesome Creek area of
Breathitt and Perry Counties, KY.

Our line (SEEMS) to go from Caleb Campbell back through
either John Campbell or William Campbell or Zachariah Campbell to
John Patrick Campbell, Jr. and Elizabeth James, then
John Patrick Campbell, Sr.and Delilah Thompson (this marriage is
controversial) then
John Campbell and Grace Hay in Ireland then
Ormalie Duncan Campbell and Mary McCoy in Ireland and then on back to
Scotland in and around Argylshire.

The John and William Campbell seem to be sons of John Patrick Campbell, Jr..
Zachariah may or may not be a son of Junior's and might possibly be actually
one of them, such as
John Zachariah C. or Wm. Zachariah C. etc.

Then again, I can document two John Campbells in Clay the Lost
Creek/Troublesome Creek area at the same
time and about the same age. So Zachariah may be the other John, not
related to Patrick Jr., but who might
tie back in back in Virginia. So complicated and controversial.

I haven't done any research yet back in VA in Orange/Augusta county, so any
one of those you have mentioned
may be brothers or cousins of my wife's line.
