Dear List,
Please could those discussing this subject give it a more suitable title
than the one above? All you have to do is to delete what is in the subject
line (above) and write in briefly what your own message is about.
Messages are archived under their titles and this title has now been used
about KY etc. but in future nobody can find these messages under 'Scotland'
