I am trying to find the parents of Mary Bankhead Campbell who was married to James Wilson around 1797 in VA. I believe that they had 4 children before his death.

Mary married 2nd William Hartshorne in 1803 and at some point they moved to Ohio where he died in 1836. I do not know when she died.

One of the children was Mary Bankhead Wilson who married Daniel Julius Caswell in Ohio in 1822.

Any information would be appreciated.
