Hello!

I would be most grateful if I could get a photograph of the headstone (if one exists) of Jabez Dean DeWitt (1831-1920), buried at Mountainview Cemetery in Vancouver. The location is Section 1919/*/B/019/0012. I cannot find it on any online cemetery photograph resource.

This man was a brother to my great-great grandmother, and I have hundreds of letters that he sent to her... he's a fascinating character, and I wish I knew more about him. If anyone has any other information about Jabez Dean DeWitt (carpenter by profession, formerly of Montreal QC, Virginia City NV, New Whatcom WA, Cariboo BC, and Vancouver BC), please send it my way.
