CLARK _ Jean Patricia Kyle aged 62 years of Burnaby passed away peacefully on December 21, 2001. Jean was predeceased by her daughter Judy-Ann. She is survived by her loving family, husband Alex; children James Clark, Susan Clark and Stephen (April) Clark; grandchildren Jacinta Ann, Dakota Storm and Summer Rain; mother Isabel Poole; sisters Lila Parker and Joy (Randy) Forsey; also many nieces, nephews and devoted friends. DOUGLAS _ Agnes Merriefield (Billie), a longtime resident of Mission, BC, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 20, 2001, in her 83rd year at the Extended Care Unit of Mission Memorial Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband, Edgar Ross (Rosco) Douglas. Billie is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Louise McClay, Vancouver and son, Kelly Ross Douglas, Mission; grandchildren, Kyle and Kathleen McClay and stepchildren, Molly, Kate and John Howard; great grandchildren, Kalen and Brendan; sister, Elizabeth (Mickey) Farrell and husband, George. A memorial service will take place on Friday, December 28, 1:00 pm from the chapel of Mission Memorial Hospital, 7324 Hurd St., Mission, BC. Billie was born in Vancouver and in her early years worked in her family's business, People's Meats, where she got her nickname. EDGINGTON _ Kathleen (Kay) nee O'Flynn born June 13, 1934, suddenly passed away December 17, 2001. Survived by her children; Michael (Joanne), Barbara (Richard), Edward, Patricia (Harvey), Alan, Karen (Rob) and grandchildren Catherine, Angela, Richard, Andrew, Matthew and Michelle. Also survived by sisters Patricia, Marion and Maureen. Predeceased by parents Anne and Frank O'Flynn and sister Eileen Houde. KULCHAR _ Frank Kulchar passed away peacefully and suddenly at the George Derby Veteran's Home on December 20, 2001. Born in Stockholm, Saskatchewan on October 14, 1922. Frank is Predeceased by Louise Westergard, sisters Julia, Barbara, Rose and Helen; and brothers John, Anthony and Mike. He is survived by his sister Elizabeth and his stepchildren Rachel, John, Denise and grandchildren. Frank came to B.C. in 1946 after serving in WW 11 with the Canadian Army. He enlisted in October, 1941 and was honorably discharged December 19, 1945. His theatre of service included service in Canada, Britain and NW Europe as a gunner. He settled in Burns Lake in 1953 as a mechanic for the Ford dealer and the IWA. Frank will be remembered as a kind and good-hearted man who loved his family and the outdoors. A Memorial Service and reception will be held at the Delta Funeral Home, 5329 Ladner Trunk Road, Delta, at noon on Friday, December 28, 2001. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to !

McKIBBIN _ Roy Allen "Harley", aged 75 years passed away peacefully on Friday December 21 in Queens Park Hospital. Harley was a resident of South Burnaby and was known by many as a long-time employee of Copps shoe store in New Westminster. Harley had a passion for the arts and in his younger years was very active with the New Westminster's Vagabond Theatre. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. McNeil _ Delmar Leroy, died suddenly in Vernon on December 5, 2001, aged 70. Del was a Sheriff for many years in Vancouver. He was a longtime member of the Eagles and of the Elks. Del was predeceased by wife, Grace; parents James and Bessie; and brothers William and James. Survived by daughter Maureen (Dennis) Holowaty and son Murray (Sue) of Vancouver, and son Delmar Jr. and fiancee Brenda Quint of Vernon, sisters-in-law, Bernie McNeil of Vernon and Freda McNeil of Kelowna, and many extended family. Married Michael Bernard O'Toole on February 22, 1947 in Vancouver, B.C. They moved to Prince Rupert, B.C. where they lived until 1974 before moving to Maple Ridge, B.C. Predeceased by her daughter Pat Malashewsky in 1984, her husband in 1997. Survived by daughter Mary, one aunt, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. WILSON _ Eunice Ruth (nee Griffiths), born in Vancouver April 3, 1922, passed away peacefully in her 80th year in the presence of her daughter Barbara on December 20, 2001. She was predeceased by her husband Archie Wilson on January 22, 1986. She was also predeceased by her brothers Jack and Leonard and sister Molly. Funeral Services will be held from the Chapel of Henderson's Funeral Home in Chilliwack at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2001. Mr. Al Brown under the auspices of the Jehovah's Witnesses. Interment will follow in the Chilliwack Cemeteries. Her husband's cremation remains will be interred with her.
