BELL, Virginia Jane With love and sorrow, the family of Virginia Bell announces her passing on April 10, 2005 at the age of 88 years. Ginny authored a life of considerable accomplishment, filled with avid interests and lived with mettle far beyond her size. She was elegant and funny; a champion of possibilities for her children and their trenchant editor. In a difficult last year she did not relinquish her impossible sense of humour. Her absence is loud. Ginny is predeceased by her darling David; survived by her loving children, George, Michael (Pauline), Leslie, Barbara (Doug), Judi (Heinz) and grandchildren, Cale, Mike, Emily, Sash, Millie and Noah. There will be no service. The family extends heartfelt thanks to those who helped in her care this past year. 69639
