Myrna (Bill), sons John (Donna) and Bob (Marilou) and her much loved

stationed overseas. At the end of the war Glen returned home with his
regiment and Bunty later followed as a warbride with baby Myrna in her arms.
She often spoke of her arduous journey from the Highlands of Scotland to her
new home in Vancouver. In 1952 Glen built the family a new home on Oliver
Crescent in Vancouver where Bunty lived until April of this year. Failing
health necessitated her to move to the Arbutus Care Centre in April, where
she spent her last few difficult months. The family wishes to express their
sincere appreciation to all of the wonderful staff at the Arbutus Care
Centre, who treated her with the utmost kindness and respect. At Bunty's

Pope, Reginald Charles (Memoriam)

IN MEMORY OF REGINALD CHARLES POPE SEPTEMBER 1925 - OCTOBER 5TH, 2004 In
memory of you Dad, from your loving son Stephen. It's now been 1 year since
I lost you to Cancer Dad, we fought the disease for 24 hours a day together
for 20 months, I tried so hard in our fight together with Cancer to keep you
alive, unfortunately all I did for you and all the love in my heart for you
was not enough. It never ceases to amaze me that you landed on D Day,
survived 7 years in the British Royal Engineers, not so much a scratch but
at 79 years of age you succumbed to this horrible disease Cancer. So for you
Dad, from your 3 nieces, from all your friends at the Kinsmen Club in Delta
and of course from me, your loving son Stephen our hearts ache with much
pain and sorrow but in our thoughts we think of you always with much love
and affection. And from me your son Stephen which had the very horrible task
of being the Executor of your will, I have fulfilled all my duties and
wishes of yours Dad, so with that done and said, I hope that your soul is
truly at peace and rest wherever you may be now. I myself and my heart and
soul are truly lost without you Dad. Forever and I look forward to the day
when I will be in the loving embrace of my father and mother once again,
I'll never forget you Dad, nor you Mom. It pains me so with great sadness
and sorrow I write this for you Dad in memory and honour of a father, that I
loved, always did love, and always will love in my heart in my soul and
mind. - From your loving son Stephen.
