Drysdale, Patricia
DRYSDALE, Patricia Lynn Born July 1, 1953, passed away suddenly November 18,
2005. Beloved mother of Joshua (Genievive) and Nathan (Aislinn); loving
grandmother to Corvin and Magnolia. Survived by brother Rob Drysdale
(Tsongin), also survived by friends and family in Victoria, (especially Eva
Craycroft), Vancouver and Massachusetts, particularly Aunt Bertha Clancy of
Gloucester, MA. Patti loved her family dearly as did they her. Patti also
had a fondness and special connection with animals, horses when she was
young and in the last ten years began to breed and show her pugs (Elsie,
Mango and Widget). Her love of family and friends and fun with her pugs
provided enjoyment and gave her strength in her battle with MS. Her
kindness, tenacity, thoughtfulness, and love will live on in the hearts of
those who she leaves behind. Memorial service will be held at First Memorial
Funeral Home at 1155 Fort St., Victoria on Thursday, December 1st at 10:30
am. In lieu of flowers donations in Patti's memory can be made to MS Society
or S.P.C.A. 180848

GILL, Frederick Allan January 7, 1923 November 24, 2005 Al passed away
peacefully at home at the age of 82. Lovingly remembered by Jean, his wife

Miron, Edward
MIRON, Edward Philip After a lengthy illness, Edward Miron died on November
19th, 2005, at Hospice. Leaving to mourn his passing is his friend and love
of 24 years, Eva Craycroft, and because they were the pride and joy of his
life, his grandchildren are listed next: Keir Miron, Vancouver, Lloyd Kisby,
Australia, Joshua (Vive), Nathan (Aislinn), Nicole, Michael, Ryan, Natasha,
Tamara Craycroft, Victoria and 2 great-grandchildren. Ed's sons, Charlie
(Darcy), Vancouver, Bob (Jacquie), Victoria, his daughter, Trish (Michael),
Australia; Eva's sons, Rezin (Marg) and Clayton Craycroft; Ed's sister,
Janet Martin and her family, Eva's sisters, Gladys (Tim) and Phyllis
(Wayne), good friends Lotte and Uwe, Ken, Bill and Peter. Ed's friends and
family will miss his wit, his story telling, his sharing his love of music
and classic movies and the children will especially miss the "Candyman".
Whenever Ed showed up, the kids knew that Ed would have treats for them. Ed
retired from the Canadian Navy in 1976 after 25 years of service, and having
served 3 tours in Korea. After leaving the Navy, he worked for Greater
Victoria Drug and Alcohol Rehab Society, retiring as Detox Administrator in
1986. A Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November
30th, at First Memorial Funeral Services Chapel, 4725 Falaise Drive, in

Paget, Robert "Bob"
PAGET, Robert (Bob) Glenn of Victoria, BC died suddenly on November 22, 2005
at the age of 27. Beloved son of Ruth (Daryl) Paradice and much loved
brother of Jennifer Paget. Bob leaves to mourn his Father Gordon Paget,
Grandparents Phyllis and Al Russell; Aunts and Uncles Debbie Cozens, Jon
(Carleen) Crook, Maureen (Dave) Kirk, Glenna (Jack) Seppala, Larry and
Michael Russell, Rod McCullagh, Stewart (Andrea) McCullagh , Don McCullagh
and many cousins. His family and his best friends including Bob G., Chris,
Joel, Mike, Jason, Ryan, Ray and Jerry and many more cherished friends were
what mattered most to Bob. He had a deep love of music and had a remarkable
talent as a DJ for spinning records and mixing beats. Bob loved animals and
nature. He had an amazing sense of humor and always made everyone smile. He
planned to have a career in the sound and music industry and dreamed of
traveling. A celebration of his life to be held November 29th at 2pm, at St
Aidan's United Church, 3703 St. Aidan's St. In lieu of flowers donations can

Pedneault, Joseph
PEDNEAULT, Joseph Alfred Pierre (Pete) His spirit soared after a lifetime of
doing it his way" on November 23, 2005. Raised in Victoria, one of ten
children he spent his working years mining and logging; and his leisure time
crabbing, fishing, barbequing salmon and tending his greenhouse. He got
pleasure seeing the Little Ones" who would visit. He leaves his wife
Rossine" of 35 years who cared for him faithfully in his final Roller
Coaster" months. His daughter Pat (Mervin) Brooks, stepsons, Ross and Joe
Musfelt; daughter-in-law, Carol Musfelt, 16 grandchildren and 22 great
grandchildren, his brother Arthur (Ida), many nieces and nephews. Funeral
Service will be held in the Sands Funeral Chapel, 317 Goldstream Avenue,
Colwood. B.C. on Tuesday, December 6th, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Flowers gratefully

Young, Lionel Duley
YOUNG, Lionel Duley Born January 17, 1927, in Heart's Content, Newfoundland,
passed away peacefully in his sleep at home November 24, 2005. He is
survived by his wife of 50 years Muriel Emily; son Mark and his wife Kathy;
son Trevor and his partner Jay; daughter Gillian and her husband Michael;
granddaughter Emma; and daughter Jennifer. He had a huge enthusiasm for life
and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will
be held on Tuesday, November 29 at 10 am, First Memorial Funeral Services,
