GLENDINNING,
Allan John

Passed away at his home in Campbell River on Monday, April 16th, 2007, with
his loving wife Lynne by his side.
He is survived by a brother Harry of Kamloops, B.C., sister Doreen (Roy) of
Richmond, B.C., Annie (John) of Surrey, B.C., Aunt Doris, together with many
nieces and nephews. Allan and Lynne were local fishermen and loved being of
the water together. He enjoyed golfing and especially his yearly golf trips
with the boys. Allan was a wonderful husband, and best friend.
"You are my buddy, and will be dearly missed.......Till we meet again"
For those wishing a donation in Allan's memory to the Salvation Army or The
War Amps of Canada, or a charity of your choice would be kindly appreciated.
Thank you to all our special friends: Nora and Lorne Grieve, and Barry and
Ellen Nelson, and Sharon Malley and Tom Woods, and all our other special
friends that phoned to check on A.J. and offer their help in any way they
could. Thanks as well to Dr. Beselt and Barb and Maria in Medical Day
Services and the Palliative Nurses and the Emergency Dept. at Campbell River
Hospital. We could not have done it without their help.
A celebration of Allan's Life will be held at a later date.

Charles Henry
August 25, 1932 - April 16, 2007
It is with deep sorrow that Charlie's family announces his passing as a
result of heart failure, at the age of 74.
He is survived by his loving wife Juanita and their children Cody and
Kristy-Leigh; his sons Danny (Maryse) of Victoria, Charles Jr. of Courtenay
and David (Carol) of Port Alberni; daughters Marie (Ken) McColl of
Courtenay, Dallas of Alberta, Jeanette (Juan) Moreno and Marion (Brad) of
Nanaimo, Beverly (Lloyd) of Neah Bay, WA; and 18 grandchildren. He is also
survived by his brother Derek (Donna) of Black Creek; sisters Betty of
Quadra Island, Ellen (Barry) Nelson of Campbell River, Marion (Tim) Lindsay
of Sayward, and many nieces and nephews. Charlie was predeceased by his
father John, his mother Hillagonda, his previous wives Donna and Diane, his
partner Christine, and his daughter Evelyn.
Charlie was born at Peace River, Alberta. After living several years at Port
Moody, BC, in 1941 his family moved to Owen Bay on Sonora Island. In the
early 1950s, he began working on tugboats. In the following years he worked
at Elk Falls Mill then fished on the west coast aboard his boats Sherrill
Lynn and Ocean Harvest. In 1979, he decided to leave the sea and started
working for Mac & Blo at Eve River where he remained until his retirement.
A celebration of Charlie's life will be held on Saturday, April 21st at the
Band Hall on the Homalco Reserve, 1218 Bute Crescent, Campbell River from
1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Yvonne
Sept. 08, 1958 - Apr. 15, 2007

Yvonne passed away at her home in the loving care of her immediate family.
She reminds us to be loving, giving, and energetic and to open our hearts to
forgiveness and light. Yvonne is survived by her husband Mark, son and
daughter Cole and Rayna Tresoor, father Bob Good, three sisters, one brother
and two nieces. A celebration of Yvonne's life will take place on Saturday
April 21, 2007 at 2:00 pm at the Oyster Bay Resorts, S. Island Hwy, Campbell
River, BC. Island Funeral Services/Elk Falls Crematorium in Campbell River
is entrusted with arrangements.





GRANT,
Barry Norman
1943-2007
Barry left us on April 10, 2007. If you were lucky enough to have really
known Barry, you have been blessed by true friendship. His love of Ethel,
his Family and Friends, Gardening, Directing, Wine and Planes showed just
how passionate he was. Barry found enjoyment in the simple things in life
and showed us how important that was.
Barry is deeply missed by Ethel; his brother Allan (Marilyn) Grant of
Campbell River; niece Christine (Marcus) Fedoruk of Victoria; nephew Rick
Grant and grand-nephew Bob Grant of Australia; brother-in-law John Hayes of
Campbell River; friends: Janice Robinson (Joe) of Campbell River, Peter
Dore, and Denna Matthews (Kristy) of Vancouver, and many more in Campbell
River, the Island, Vancouver, the Interior, South of the Border and
especially his adopted family at the Shop & his new-found friends at
Rivercity Players.
We will always remember the things you taught us and the love you gave. You
will always walk with us on our journey through life.
Thank you to the caring staff at the Campbell River ICU. At Barry's request,
there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the
Campbell River SPCA.


CREECH,
Thomas William,
Age 61, died Sunday, April 8, 2007, in Logandale, Nevada. He was born April
18, 1945, in Roosevelt, Utah. Tom grew up in Vernal, Utah until at age 12
his family moved to Yuma AZ.
He served in the US Navy, submarine
division, during the Vietnam Conflict.
Tom lived, worked and raised his family in the Riverside, California area
for over 30 years. For over 20 years he was a snowbird in Campbell River,
BC. On
August 12, 2000, he married Maryanne Peake in Campbell River, British
Columbia, Canada. After living in St. George for two years, he resided in
Logandale for one year.
Survivors include his wife, Maryanne of Logandale; four children: Stephanie
(Tim) Morris of Riverside CA; Deanna (Barry) Brinegar of Wildomar, CA; Scott
Creech of OR; Tracy (Rod) Ducharme of Escondido CA; eight grandchildren;
three brothers and one sister.
Tom loved life and lived it to the fullest, his smile and friendliness
attracted many friends. He died at home after a short but courageous fight
with cancer.
