The person I am looking for has the first name of Phyllis. Originally she
was married to a Percy GOODCHILD and her daughter, Kathleen ELLIS wrote in a
letter received 27 Jan 1965 that "mother remarried many years ago, and she
and her husband are permanent residents of Vancouver...he is 84 and mother
nearly 80".

I went into the death indexes and searched using the given name Phyllis and
found a likely candidate. Could someone possibly search out this
registration and give me the details? I am hoping that it will make
reference to her first marriage, her daughter or her birth date and place.

The person I found is Phyllis LEES, died 4 Jan 1974 age 88 in Vancouver.
The registration # is 1974-09-001207 on BC Archives Microfilm # B13330.

Any help in solving this 17 year old mystery would be very much appreciated.
