The Wellington, Ontario List has started keeping track of who has what
that they would be willing to share (do look-ups in), so why don't we do
the same - it's a great idea - sort of "one stop shopping"!

I have the following books concerning early Victoria and Vancouver and
will do look-ups for specific names in the specified book.

1) "Some Reminiscences of Old Victoria" by Edgar Fawcett, published 1912

2) Passenger list from the Princess Sophia which went down in 1918 off
the coast of
Alaska with many Victoria and Vancouver families.

3) "The Enterprising Mr. Moody, the Bumptious Captain Stamp" by James
Morton,
published 1977 (about the two early sawmills in Moodyville &
Stamp's Landing)

4) "Vancouver - from Milltown to Metropolis" (1774-1900's) by Alan
Morley,
published 1961

5) "Vancouver, The Pioneer Years 1774-1886" by Derek Pethick, published
1984

Many of these are not well-indexed for names, so please be as specific
as possible with names, dates, locations. At some point, I'll read them
all again and index every name.
