Regarding Scots to Canada - by gosh, they could have used any of the
ports (even New York) but I suppose the most likely were Montreal,
Quebec City or through the Maritimes (Halifax).
As for ports they left from, if they were living near Glasgow, they
might well have come through Greenock, SK.
