I'm sorry, I think you miss the point. The front page of the website
is in English and then even the instructions etc if you can get beyond
the front page are in French. It would be nice to have a bit of
cooperation ie. The instructions available in English as well as French.
In the case of the Notre Dame site there are two buttons that read
French and English, but the English button is not connected. Why
even put it there?
This is a bilingual country and when you are holding the mass of
records that apply to all, it would be nice to see a bit of cooperation.
