Subject: Pilgrimage in Mayo, Quebec

A reminder of the Our Lady of Knock Shrine Pilgrimage on August 15th. You
may remember a post with some history of this small Irish community early
this spring.
This is the 50th anniversary pilgrimage and begins with Mass at 11:00 a.m.
Hot/cold lunch is available beginning at 12:30 PM
Procession to the cemetery is at approximately 1:30
Mayo is a lovely drive from Montreal. Follow Autoroute 50 to Highway 148
(end of Autoroute 50). Left on Highway 148 to Masson-Angers; then Route 309
(bear right) toward Buckingham. In Buckingham, turn right on Joseph Street
which is also Route 315 (Joseph Street is one street after the traffic
light at MacLaren Street), follow Route 315 to Mayo.
From Ottawa take Autoroute 50 to the end. Bear right on 309...follow
directions as above.
