That site's not really for finding ancestors Mary, although if your ancestor
owned a bar/store etc.....or if he/she was in the news or a sports figure or
politician you may find them here. The site is wonderful for visual info on
how the street where your ancestor lived looked, how the houses looked or
what the church/school he/she went to looked like. The postcards and photos
often have writing on them and even though the site is in french the writing
on most newspaper articles, photos etc.....is in english.
