just checked Lovell's Street Directory for Montreal year 1940 when
my grandfather passed away. Listing shows Montreal Protestant Orphans
Home at 1595 Summerhill Avenue. Summerhill Ave. is shown as off of
or near 3484 Cote des Neiges. My aunt says is has been demolished
and condos are now there.

The 1920 Lovell's directory shows at 29 Summerhill: Protestant Orphan
and Concalesent Home.
