AYLWARD - Blair and Norma Aylward are thrilled to announce the arrival of CHASE LOUIS FABIAN at the WHC on November 18th, 2005, weighing 8 lbs., 1 1/2 oz. Proud grandparents are Frances Aylward of St. Lawrence, and Joe and Hilda Keating of Marystown. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of the WHC for their excellent care. Chase is welcomed by brother Marc, Uncle A.J., Aunt Tracey, and cousin Matthew, as well as many family and friends. Blair and Norma would also like to thank all of their wonderful family and friends for their calls, gifts and visits. It has been greatly appreciated. - 12/10/05

Aylward -Chris, Martina & big sister Christi are tickled pink to announce the arrival of Kelly Mae on October 26th, 2005 at 10:56 am, weighing 7 lbs, 11 ozs. Kelly is the 7th grandchild for Mary and the late Thomas Aylward of Cape Broyle and 22nd grandchild for Irene and the late Michael Dunn of Witless Bay. Special thanks to Dr. Johanne Lacelle, Dr. Sam Collins, case room nurse Juanita Howell, nurses at NICU, and Olive Goobie. Extra special thanks to Nanny Aylward for everything she has done and always being there to help out. - 12/10/05

BASTOW - David, Kimberly and big sister Katie are delighted to announce the safe arrival of Jonathan David Bastow at 2:44 P.M. on Saturday, August 20, 2005. Weighing in at 5 lbs. 7 oz., Jonathan was born at the Women's Health Centre in the General Hospital. Proud grandparents are Randy & Marilyn Mercer (Paradise) and David & Isabel Bastow (Paradise). Also celebrating are great-grandparents Nelson and Rose Murphy (Paradise) and Ruby Mercer (Conception Bay South), as well as a large circle of family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Cook, the caseroom staff (especially nurse Lisa Patten), and the staff of 5NB & 5NA. An extra special thank you is extended to Dr. Cherry Pike for the extraordinary care she provided to ensure that our little man arrived safe & sound. - 12/10/05

FLEMMING - Noreen, Chris and big sister Charlotte are thrilled to announce the arrival of their beautiful baby girl Colette. Born on November 25, 2005, weighing 7 lbs. 7 ozs., Colette Sheila is also welcomed by proud grandparents Patrick and Sheila Dalton (Cape Broyle) and Ron and Joan Anderson (St. John's). A special thank you to Dr. Roche, Dr. Kum, and special nurse Regina in the case room and all the nurses on 5NB. A special thank you also to Keith and Corinna Miller for their support and friendship throughout Mommy's pregnancy. MILLER - Jonathan and Laurita are thrilled to announce the arrival of their beautiful baby girl, Lauren Theresa, born on November 14th, 2005, weighing 7 lbs 5 oz. Annelise and Jon are so excited to welcome their baby sister into our family. Also welcoming Lauren are proud grandparents Bill and Sheryl Miller of Fogo and Loyola and Maureen Hearn of Renews.
